Outdoor Ice Skating Rink on the Parkway Opens Friday November 28, 2025

The City of Utica is excited to announce this year’s opening of the Outdoor Ice Skating Rink located on the Memorial Parkway, beginning Friday, November 28, 2025. This much-loved seasonal attraction invites families, friends, and skating enthusiasts to enjoy festive fun throughout the winter season.

Regular season hours will be as follows:

• Wednesday through Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Additional Holiday Hours to be announced in December.

Mark your calendars for “Skate with Santa” on December 23, from 12 noon to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm for a special event filled with holiday cheer and photo opportunities with Santa himself.

For all hours of skating – skate rentals will be $5.00 and open skate will be $5.00.
