Schedule and Minutes
The City of Utica Urban Renewal Agency (URA) meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 9:30am in the Common Council Chambers on the 1st floor of City Hall. The Executive Director reserves the right to cancel a meeting due to lack of quorum or no actionable items to be brought before the Agency.
