CITY OF UTICA SNOW EMERGENCY

Due to the anticipated forecast of snow, the City of Utica is being proactive and declaring a snow emergency that will go into effect TONIGHT, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2025 AT 10:00pm.

To facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency services, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 10:00pm TONIGHT, DECEMBER 30, 2025 with no exceptions.  Any vehicles left on city streets after 10:00pm on DECEMBER 30 are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense. The snow emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
