Utica, NY – The City of Utica and the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce the Grand Opening of Harbor Point, scheduled for Thursday, June 5, 2025. This exciting milestone marks a significant step in the revitalization of Utica’s waterfront and invites residents and visitors to celebrate the transformation of this vital recreational and economic hub.
The event will begin with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:00 PM, featuring local, regional, and state leaders who have supported the vision and development of Harbor Point.
Following the ceremony, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the public is invited to enjoy a community-wide, family-friendly celebration along the harbor, showcasing local entertainment, food, and attractions.

Parking & Transportation:
Due to limited parking at the Harbor, Centro will provide a continuous bus shuttle between the Nexus Center Parking Lot and Harbor Point to ensure easy and convenient access for attendees.
