On May 1st and 2nd, 2023, the City of Utica and the County of Oneida are hosting a special project at Baggs Square from 6 AM to 8 PM on both days. The traveling public, both vehicular and pedestrian, will experience road closures, parking restrictions, and intermittent delays related to the event. Travelers should plan accordingly and avoid the area. The area surrounding Baggs Square will be affected.
