Notice to the Media:
As City Hall remains closed to the public, we’ve received inquiries from the public regarding city tax bills which have been recently mailed to residents. Residents can pay their taxes, as well as any county, city, school or solid waste bills on-line at www.cityofutica.com or by mailing a check to either the City of Utica Comptroller’s Office at 1 Kennedy Plaza Utica, New York 13502, or the Bank of Utica, 222 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502.
The deadline to pay city taxes has been extended to May 31st, 2020. No interest or penalties will be imposed for FY 2020-2021 city and solid waste bills in which payments are submitted through the city website or postmarked before May 31st, 2020.
