MAYOR ROBERT PALMIERI ANNOUNCES ALDI COMING TO NORTH UTICA

Mayor Robert Palmieri today announced ALDI will be opening a new grocery store on Herkimer Road in north Utica (at the former Rite Aid Pharmacy). 

Plans include the construction of an additional 2,300 square feet of space to accommodate the stores operation.

Mayor Palmieri stated, “Our Administration has been in constant communication with ALDI representatives over the past several years, and I am thrilled they will be opening a new grocery store in north Utica.” 

The Mayor continued, “Utica’s economy has greatly improved as we continue to attract national, regional and local companies, and I thank ALDI for their commitment to our community.”
