A. 167 Genesee Street, LLC – Consider an extension of the Sales Tax Exemption.
B. 230 Genesee Street, LLC – Consider an increase in the MRTE
C. Disposition Policy – Amend the Contracting Officer
D. MacSpace LLC – Consider an extension of the Sales Tax Exemption
E. Lofts at Globe Mills, LP - Consider an amended final resolution relating to the Lofts at Globe Mills, LP facility, approving an amendment to the fixed PILOT Payment schedule.
F. Colonial Square - Consider a final authorizing resolution relating to the sale, assignment and financing the Schuyler Commons at Colonial Square (Senior Development) facility, approving financial assistance and authorizing the form and execution of related documents, subject to counsel approval.
A. Utica Property Development, LLC - Consider an inducement resolution relating to the Utica Property Development, LLC facility, providing preliminary approval for financial assistance (real property abatement, sales tax exemption and mortgage recording tax exemption), which is a deviation from the Agency’s Uniform Tax Exemption Policy, and authorizing the Agency to conduct a public hearing. Also, to consider a SEQR resolution relating to the Utica Property Development, LLC facility.
