In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-44 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace exterior windows at the above referenced property.

 

The applicant is proposing to remove and replace the existing windows.  The applicant is proposing to utilize American Craftsman vinyl double hung replacement windows.  The applicant has stated that they will utilize the existing openings, however will reduce the number of windows.  The openings with currently two windows will be replaced with one window and the locations with currently three windows will be replaced with two windows to fit the existing openings.
