CITY OF UTICA SNOW EMERGENCY
Mayor Robert Palmieri has a declared a Snow Emergency that will go into effect at 11:00 tonight, Wednesday December 16th.
To facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency services, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 11:00 tonight with no exceptions.
Any vehicles left on city streets after 11:00 are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense.
The Snow Emergency will be in effect until further notice.
