- Doyle Hardware Building, LLC - Consider a resolution relating to the refinancing of the Doyle Hardware Building, LLC Facility, approving the form and execution of related documents. (The Company is converting its construction financing to permanent financing; it is not requesting any benefit be extended to the transaction.)
2. 268 Genesee Street, LLC – Consider a resolution to extend the Sales Tax Exemption

1. 1002 Oswego Street, LLC - Consider an inducement resolution relating to the expansion of the 1002 Oswego Street, LLC (United Auto Supply) Facility, providing preliminary approval for financial assistance in the form of exemptions from sales tax, exemptions from mortgage recording tax, and reduction of real property tax, which is a deviation from the Agency’s Uniform Tax Exemption Policy, and authorizing the Agency to conduct a public hearing. Consider a SEQR resolution relating to the 1002 Oswego Street, LLC (United Auto Supply) Facility.
2. 2021 UIDA Budget – Consider approval of 2021 UIDA Budget
