3. Old Business

     A. 1900 Bleecker Street, LLC – Ratification of extension of inducement to November 4, 2021 and appointing 1900 Bleecker Street, LLC as agent for Sales Tax Exemption extension to August 23, 2022. Consider a final authorizing resolution relating to the 1900 Bleecker, LLC facility, approving financial assistance that is a deviation from Uniform Tax Exemption Policy and authorizing the form and execution of related documents

      B. Burrstone Road Associates, LLC – Ratification of extension of time for the existing sales tax exemption and authorizing the UIDA to conduct a public hearing with respect to the increase in the value of the Sales Tax Exemption and consider a resolution authorizing the increase in value of Sate Tax Exemption

       C. GSCB, LLC - Consider a resolution authorizing the increase in the value of the Sales Tax Exemption and authorizing the UIDA to conduct a public hearing

        D. Olbiston Apartments - Consider a resolution relating to the SEQR review for the Olbiston Apartments, LLC Facility

 4. New Business

        A. 2022 UIDA Budget

        B. Hemstrought’s, Inc - Consider a SEQR resolution relating to the Hemstrought’s, Inc (900 Oswego Street) facility. Also, consider an inducement resolution relating to the Hemstrought’s, Inc facility, providing preliminary approval for financial assistance in the form in the form of sales tax exemptions (estimated at $15,313 but not to exceed $16,844), mortgage recording tax exemptions (estimated at $8,063 but not to exceed $8,869) and of abatement of real property taxes for a period of 10 years (estimated at $94,089), which financial assistance is consistent with the Agency’s Uniform Tax Exemption Policy, and authorizing the IDA to conduct a public hearing.
