All birth and death certificates for the City of Utica are on file in the Vital Records Office located at City Hall on the first floor.  Our Records are from 1876 to present.  They contain highly confidential information so we are required to maintain the highest level of security to protect the privacy of those individuals.  Only the proper people are able to obtain these records.
