Mayor Roefaro and Utica College's (S.T.O.N.E) Announce PoetryNight

UTICA (April 21, 2008) – Utica Mayor David Roefaro is announcing a poetry night. Through a joint partnership between Utica College's organization called S.T.O.N.E (Students Taking On New Endeavors) and the Utica's Mayor Office, the public will have an opportunity to celebrate National Poetry Month right on the UC campus.

The public is invited to mingle amongst the students and read lyrics, other published authors' works, or bring their own unique piece to this intimate event on April 23, 2008 at 5pm.

Coffee and snacks will be provided and the public is encouraged to bring friends to the Ellen Knower Clarke Lounge in the Strebel Student Center.

There is a suggested donation of $1.00 to benefit the organization (STONE) sponsoring the event.
