Mayor Announces: Green Waste, Kick it to the curb- April 7-18th

UTICA (April 8, 2008) – Utica Mayor David Roefaro is announcing a Two Week period for city residents to dispose of their Green Waste by placing it at the curb. This period will last from April 7^th- April 18^th.

After April 18^th green waste must be placed in metal or plastic containers (limit of five) and placed at the curb on a resident’s corresponding garbage night.

RESDIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLACE GREEN WASTE IN PLASTIC BAGS, OR IN THEIR ORANGE CANS.
